A.Dear client,
Correction of sale deed is possible after registration. That is called rectification deed. With the help of correction deed you can correct documentation errors in the existing sale deed, transfer deed or other property related documents.

A.Dear Client,
Any type of correction or change affecting the title or interest of parties in a registered Deed requires a cancellation order from the Court and involves further registration along with repayment of stamp duty and registration charges.

Yes the changes can me made but the complexities depends upon the type of the change you have to make in the registry. Generally, minor corrections like typographical errors may be rectified through a correction deed or an amendment to the registry. However, substantial changes may require legal proceedings, such as filing a petition in the appropriate court.

You have to get rectification deed which will be subsequent document and read with original deed. You have to get it registered.
