Can we transfer ownership of the house without original sale deed and patta?

A.Yes you can but you will require a certified copy of the same which shall work as original [if in case you have lost or misplaced the original] However, you need to find out the same from the nearest sub registrars office.
The general rule is that you need to show good title before you sell. Not having the original sale deed will have your title in question.

A.Dear Sir ownership is checked time of transfer in Court of registrar So check your right for sell.If eligible go for sale
