I ,Vinayak having 20 gunta land in karwar district.We have all documents with us for the land upto date.Last Few days back we made a survey for our land and points are marked. But both sides of our land is occupied by two different persons illeagally,(that is to be known while making survey).
Those persons are not allowing to make compound to our land.
I have New map in my hand ,and Now I am ready to make a compound .Is any legal advice to support me??
Or
Once if I am unable to make a compound,is any possibility of lossing my own land(illeagally what they have occupied)
Then
How to claim with court??

A.Sir if both of the sides where there are illegal occupants are your piece of land then you can file for eviction.
However, if they are pieces of land owned by different people on which such illegal occupants are staying. Then, you should firstly inform them[the original owners] about the same and start constructing your compound. If they do not let you do so then you can file a case against them.
