A.Dear Client,
If your access to the road is being restricted due to changes around the temple, it's crucial to address the issue proactively. Firstly, engage in open communication with the temple authorities and the concerned people to understand their plans and express your concerns about losing road access. If possible, try to negotiate a solution that allows for continued access or find an alternative arrangement.
If communication doesn't resolve the issue, consult with a local legal professional to understand your rights and explore legal avenues. This may involve checking the property records to ascertain your right of way or easement and ensuring that any changes do not infringe upon your access. If you have established rights to access, legal action may be taken to protect those rights.
Remember to remain calm and respectful throughout the process, aiming for an amicable resolution whenever possible. Seeking legal advice promptly can guide you through the specifics of your situation and help you make informed decisions to protect your property rights and access.
Thankyou
