I have filed a divorce case on my wife on cruelty. It has been one year , I had left her. She filed interim maintenance . Before she was not working, from our marriage. But now she is working from last two months. I got the information. She has kept my payslips in interim maintenance. My salary is 1.1 lakh. How much maintenance she may get now. My son is with her. she is getting 10k salary. I have to prove it in court r else no need....about her salary. If she gets any maintenance ...it will be from date of order or date of application. Please advise me. Thanks in advance.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally the Court will order interim maintenance from the date of application. Depending upon your defense about your expenses on your old parents, rent to be paid by you and your personal expenses. In your case it may be Rs. 8,000/- to the mother and Rs. 4,000/- to the child.
