Vehicle damaged while returning from service

I had given my brand new vehicle for first test check, while returning the vehicle after service the company driver bumped the car. I would like to know whether I can claim a brand new car.

A.In many cases it is specifically mentioned that the free pick up and drop of the vehicle is at the risk and/or cost of the owner of the vehicle. If in your case also it is so then it will be very difficult to claim any compensation or free repair/replacement of part. Kindly check the service documents.

A.Claiming a brand new car seems a bit over the top here. However, you can ask the company to repair your car free of cost and if not repair then replace the damaged part without any cost from your end. In all probabilities you can also demand some amount of compensation from them for such negligent driving.
