9 months of our marriage, my wife has been living separately from me for a 6 months, she aborted 3.5 month pregnancy without my knowledge, she is a government teacher. what can i do marrige date 01/06/2023
A.Dear client, if you want to be with your wife you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights or for judicial seperation if you want to live seperately as wife and husband. If you want divorce you can file a petition under sec 13 of hindu marriage act. Under this if a wife and husband has lived seperately for 1 year they can be granted mutual consent divorce.
