greetings

one member of the family dies after singing a MoU pertaining to to a family settlement.no registered on a judicial paper signed by two witness & the lawyer--
query is that it is well settled that in case of a PoA ,death of the signatory the PoA BECOMES VOID/ HAVING NO LEGAL BEARING-- does the same apply to the MoU in question?
