Hi Recently I have purchased a ews flat in Gurgaon with a view that registries will be done as given the assurance by property dealer and seller. The seller has a sale deed /registry on his name. Currently registries in Gurgaon for Ews flats are not happening I have already paid 80 % of the token amount thru NEFT to the seller. Since registry on hold, I am not keen to buy this flat since it will not give me legal owning rights I have asked the owner to return the Money but he refused. Now I want my money back and looking a legal way to get my hard earned money back Pls advise if I am legally secured Pls direct

A.BUYER BEWARE
you should have knowledge that EWS plots have some time limit boundations for not to be sold before a specific period, which is approximately 13 years.
now you are advised to file suit for recovery against the seller which is the only option.
