LAND ENCROACHMENT LAND ENCROACHMENT

.The undivided parental property has been encroached by about ten illegal occupants due to our absence for some years. My parents are not alive and other shareholders are not interested to invest in legal expenses. Could I file a case individually against these illegal occupants at the same time or one at a time????? Only I want to save my hereditary property. Others are not interested to invest.... 2.These illegal occupants have also cut away soil from the land worth lacs of rupees. Could I file a criminal case????? 3.Could two civil case be filed at the same time????
COULD I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAVE THE PROPERTY FROM ILLEGAL OCCUPANTS EVEN IF OTHERS ARE NOT INTERESTED???? KINDLY GIVE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS..

A.Dear Sir,
You have to file both criminal and civil cases and get back the encroached area.

A.Yes, you can. You have the option of filing a civil suit for recovery of possession, or a police complaint to save your property
