Highcourt case of karnataka Highcourt case of karnataka

I won my property case in lower court as well as in Senior civil judge Jmfc division against my husband but now my opponent filed a case in highcourt in April 22nd 2022, after 5 months of previous judgement in Senior division court.

In the next date August 16th 2022 - the stage of case is non complience of office objections for 1st time,

Further next December 9th 2022 - the stage of case is ORDER FINALLY FOUR WEEKS TIME IS GRANTED TO COMPLY WITH OFFICE OBJECTIONS, non complience of office objections for 1st time,

Further date was April 19th 2023 - the stage of case is At the request of the learned counsel for petitioner, a week time is granted for compliance of office objections.
and next date is given as May 22nd 2023 for ORDERS.

In Next date i.e. April 4th 2024 it is as follows:
accepted counsel submissions, the office objection is over ruled. post the matter for admission.

But now my question is,
1) What does this means - accepted counsel submissions, the office objection is over ruled. post the matter for admission?
2) Is highcourt accepts or dismisses this case?
3) As a respondant still I din't get notice from highcourt, I just checked in the website and I am afraid that whether the highcourt is running this case without noticing to me?
4) As a respondant when can I appear in highcourt and how can I fight this case in highcourt to get it dismissed?

Please guide and answer all my questions. It's my humble request

A.Dear Client,

As per the recent order issued by the Hon'ble High Court on 04/04/2024 and as mentioned in your inquiry, the case is scheduled for a hearing on admission. The court does not initiate the process of serving notices to the parties until an appeal or petition is heard and admitted by the court, allowing the petition to proceed.
