Dear Sir/Madam,

I had been cheated by my spouse, that he is going get govt. Job and he had shown me a fake appointment letter and they are forcing me to stop from my job. The entire family cheated me by fake job and now my entire life is a big question. How do I file a case against him and under which IPC section? Could please suggest, it would be a great help. Now four months completed after my marriage.
