one property was sold by the owner to three different persons in the year of 1998 with partition that three person's sold the same property to another guy.now the first time seller's minor child have any rights to claim his right now or not

A.If the seller has sold a particular property say "X" to 3 persons. [for which he has 3 separate sale deeds] then he has done cheating and fraud and as such the sellers minor child has no such rights.
If the seller has sold a particular property say "X" in 3 parts dividing them into 3 portions to 3 different persons then it is completely okay.
Now if these 3 people have sold their part of the property either
1. Separately OR
2. Jointly
to a 3rd person in that circumstance also the minor child of the seller shall have no rights.

X did not sold his property by 3 different sales deeds. he sold one property in to three parts to three persons.Now the three persons sold the same separated property to single party by separately sale deeds.

In that case it is a valid sale and nothing can be done.

A.First u should approach to the nearest police station and register your complaint against them immediately under section 420 of IPC
