A.dear client in your case The only advantage you can have is to say before the Court that the case by the opposite side is as a reaction of the divorce case.

A.You can have little advantage stating that this a reaction to your divorce case. But understand that 498A will be a criminal case and for that there will be separate adjudication so you will have to undergo a bit of hassles.

Is it possible ki mein hi harrassment Ka case file kr doon because MERI aur mere wife ki mutual understanding zero h aur mujhe far bhi h ki mere sath kuch galat na ho isliye pls give me good advice which is beneficial for me I m very depressed right now .
