Property land divide among sons but father died without will

My grandpa died without will. 3sons for my grandpa. My dad is elder son. Other 2 sons not giving sign to divide equally land property. Middle son giving land to lease and taking money and eating alone without noticing others two sons from last 30years. Now my dad wants to take only his share land. Is my dad (elder son) can take his share alone. What procedure need to follow please guide us.
