Agriculture land purchase documentation
Hi...i am living in Mumbai and i want to buy agricultural land in Maharashtra. We have ancestral agricultural property in utter Pradesh. The khatauni document of the agricultural land in uttar Pradesh has the name of my father and grandfather...i understand that to buy agricultural land in Maharashtra you need to own agricultural land anywhere in India. Is that document good enough or do I need something else? Do I need to prove that I am the legal heir ? My father is alive but is paralyzed and bed ridden and hence unable to sign any further documents..please advise
