I bought a 360sq ft flat in 2012(300 +20% for super built up) thru sale agreement.The area is colony land of South Kolkata.The promoter didn't give me possession certificate.The tax from kolkata municipality is being given by me.The registry of the flat is not done yet.Now the promoter after 7years is demanding 40sq ft for proportion of staircase.Otherwise he wud not allow for registry of the flat.
