Hello sir/madam,
I have taken a piece of land in palghar district from an adivasi 4 years back,it was an agricultural land , we have not built anything on that,without our consent that guy sold out land to some one else ,after knowing the fact when we confronted him ,he told us he will pay back our money. He gave 25% of amount not now he stopped receiving our calls.We have tried meeting him ,visited his home but he always escaped from the situation, can someone helps in this matter

A.Sir,
You taken a land from adivasi in which mode ....ie Lease or orally and any illegal buying from adivasi will be a punishable crime.

Mom,
Written documents is not at all a matter. Those who are other than Tribals not to buy tribal land directly.And should get RDO permission.Do you have any RDO permission?.

A.Register a police complaint against him and sue him for cheating and fraud.
