My grandfather’s ancestral property in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. He is passed away 20 years ago. The Size of the property Approx. 125 Sq Yard. My grandfather has 4 sons, including my father. 3 are living in that property. My father is living in Delhi. My Chacha’s demolished that property and built a new building for living their own without any consultation with my father. I think they want to capture that property. So I want to know
1. Can my Father claim for their own share?
2. How to get Stay Order from Court to stop the construction?
3. Can we send the notice from our home town Delhi to Hoshiarpur, Punjab?
