I had a property in my grand father name (17guntas) which he had given to my mom as donation in 2001. Now the land is converted into plot and registered and katha on my mom's name. Some one came with registration document of my grand father signature showing 1 gunta in above property that was given in 1990 before converting into non agricultural land. What should i do?? I had spent amount in converting whole agriculture land into non agriculture and plot as per urban development plan

You need not worry just file case against him and seek cancellation of such deeds standing in his favour and also take permanent injunction against him.
