Hi Sir/Madam,
I am vijay bhaskar. i purchased a plot in Visakhapatnam.I was paid 40% of the amount.My plot was in mortagage after they got approval from VUDA.Layout was started in 2016.Initial alloted time was over by Oct-2019.But Layout development is not completed.20 to 25% of the work only completed.
They are keep on postpone the date when asked for the updates.Some times they are not picking up the calls.
Can you please help on this matter.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and claim for refund with interest and compensation failing which you may approach consumer forum..
