Mortgage Plot sold by Vaishnavi Township Pvt ltd (SVN Phase-1)

Hi Sir/Madam,
I am vijay bhaskar. i purchased a plot in Visakhapatnam.I was paid 40% of the amount.My plot was in mortagage after they got approval from VUDA.Layout was started in 2016.Initial alloted time was over by Oct-2019.But Layout development is not completed.20 to 25% of the work only completed.
They are keep on postpone the date when asked for the updates.Some times they are not picking up the calls.
Can you please help on this matter.

A.You should explore legal options to redress the problem.
