A.Sir,
Please go and appear in the matter but don't admit the liability and tell court that I am from Delhi and I need some time to hire an advocate. The court will grant you some time. And if the court asks about the bail (which the court will surely do) then you just simply submit before the court that on the next date you will fill the bail bonds.
Please sir appear before the court as if NBW will get issued then it's a process to get them cancelled as you have already been served so report before the MM will reflect that you have been served and still you haven't appeared. To show the bonafide please appear before the court.

A.In cheque bounce case you have received the summons to appear in the court at Ahmedabad on 20.11.2019. In the cheque bounce case you have to appear before the Court on the date fixed and obtain a regular bail since the cases of cheque bounce proceed as per the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P. C.). The cases of bouncing of cheque are bailable cases. If you do not appear there is every likelihood that the Court may issue a arrest warrant against you. So to avoid such situation it is better you appear before the Court and pray for bail and you will get the bail.
