Want to stop divorce Want to stop divorce

My husband applied for divorce 2yrs back. I am working currently but as he is money minded, i thought if i apply maintenance, he may come back. I applied maintenance and RCR currently. Now he is saying to mediators that anyway i can show her working proofs, so judge wont grant any maintainence. People are saying file 498A and DVC so that his parents or he will come for cimpromise. My inlaws only mould him by brainwashing about me. Some are advising that i can enter to his home directly until divorce is granted. I cant leave him and if divorce is granted i will die as i cant stay without him. He is basically afraid guy but due to his lawyer who is making him brave, i cant action on any step. Cam i enter his home forcibly as i need to prove my inlaws that they cant seperate us by simply applying for divorce. I too will have equal rights on him after marriage. My inlaws are saying to mediators that they will get divorce easily. My husband need to understand the importance of lady. I will die without him. Please guide me what to do now

A.Hi,

Please take this with a pinch of salt that if your husband does not want to continue his marital relation with you the no court can force him to do so.

Now the only question is whether you want to claim alimony and maintanence. If the answer is yes, then you can file a police compliant u/s 498 of the Indian Penal code (IPC) and simulatnously file a domestic violence case against him and your in laws and in the petition you can request for interim maintanence and in the final prayer of this petition, you can specific the amount of alimony claimed.
