Sir if my father took a loan on my job and made me guarenter and expires in 2007. But the home is on my father name, and i have gave the money for it on behalf of my father. Now as house is on father's name all my brother and sister are claiming it. Please tell me what legal i can do.

A.dear client in your present case, you can file a suit for claim in the property and prove that in spite of the house being in your fathers name you have paid the amount. The court will give regards to your hard earned money.

A.You can claim it as EMIs were paid by you and you purchased in his name out of love and affection.

A.Ask your brother and sister for your fathers debt.If they not heeded file recovery suit before the civil court.

A.As you told that younger piss installments so now it have become your self acquired property and no one can claim share in said properties. Just one think less me know than what loan was taken for which amount and how much among you have paid after demise of your father.

The loan taken was partial around 7 lakh rupees out of total evaluation of flat around 10 lakh that time.

When it was taken.. Whether loan appocation was filed by you as Co applicant or as surety...
