Incorrect Name in EC

I have purchased the land from a real estate developer few years before and the land was registered in my name and i recently checked the online Encumbrance certificate and noticed a error that in EC it has update with someone name. but all the data and document number is matching with my sale deed Kindly request your help what should i need to do in this case. How can i change the EC to reflect my name as per sale deed.
