Can I Execute Partition deed naming my only daughter as the sole owner after me and my wife demise.
A.First you should be able to transfer right on property which you must have absolute right. Can perform transfer of your part or execute a Will.

A.you can transfer the property in name of your only daughter during your lifetime mentioning the clause that you will take the property back if she neglects to maintain, (to safeguard your interest)

A.Why u don't go for its execution now. Law has limitations for each remedy offered by it. It can't be expected indefinitely. There r other ways to secure ur daughter's future interests.
