Sir we got assigned land 4-acres in1987,but the village people where we got land said it won't belong to us so we approached high court in 1997 and we got the land legally.
Now in 2018 a person from that Village threatened my father that the land will go to govt.so sell it to him.So he brought a empty bond paper and taken my father's sign,and printed my father sold 4-acre land for 1.5Lakh, when we came to know this issue we immediately approached mro and told our issue,mro is not issuing new passbooks.I want to go through legal.Can u help me giving advice how to approach.
