my father made will in 1997, and he died on 2000. having 4 sons and 3 daughters. in the WILL all the property were settled with respective persons. But My house only i am not probate., because of I am not having money that time. But Now one of son and daughter has expired, and their sons and daughter are in foreign. But I am residing there since 1994 and the WILL has made 1997 expired on 2000. I am paid Corporation tax, and water tax since 1994. please suggest how to transfer the property.

A.If will deed on your name then exciting it . If not your name then all legal hair must be present before register
