We sold our land to my uncle, In the name of belief we invested the land amount in his business, we have originals of mother documents with us, now my uncle wants that mother documents and asking us to move out from the partnership and saying that he will give only minimal account that is very less and not paying us anything now. What we have to do now, there is no proof with us saying we invested money in his business. When we requested for our money he is saying that we theft the amount that is kept in the shop and we didn't theft the money. Now he is asking for the mother documents please suggest me on this.

A.You would have some proof for giving him the money. Please try to collec the evidence. Think about the mode of payment. If it was a bank transaction, you will have bank records. If you paid in cash, think about the time and place. If there is no documentary evidence, There will be some witness for it. Once you collect the evidence, you have to file a Suit.
