I want to known how to proceed in civil case ,plaintiff filed os on me by saying he is in position I tried to occupy and I entered my name in records in 2006 by managing revenue officials and we are strangers to that land but actual fact is I purchased land from a person through land exchange who purchased land from plaintiff father in 1981 through registration and mutation happened in 1987 and iam imposition from 1982 and I paid revenue tax also ,I have well in that place also how to proceed further the person who sell land to me is died and the person who sold to him also died the sons of person who sold to me ready to give statement in court to me
