Property right violation

My flat has open terrace as registered by builder for common use but children of building members regularly jump play and there is noice in my flat and there are a lot of small line cracks. Can this damage my roof/ ceiling? Request for legal opinion.

A.dear client kindly file complaint with management or approach with court to get a permanent injunction against such activity .
