I am son to second wife to my father who married my mother after first wife death.My father got his share from his father property between his other two brothers.He registered his self acquired properties on my mother name recently expired all registered 5 months prior to his death.with 1st wife my dad had 3 children all above 40 years.one died w/o marriage other 2 alive.with Sec wife 2 children all above 30 yrs. so now Property registered from gfather to my father was ancestral or not.prop registered on my mother can be challenged by 1 wife children. I supported my parents in tough times as others neglected especially 1wife children

A.Dear Sir,

Property which transferred through registered will which belong to your Dad is not challenge at all.

Also share transferred for ancestor property also not challenge by the other legal heir.

A.See if your father has acquired some property from your grand father which coming from your great grand father, that property has to be called as Ancestral Property and you and your other brothers have equal right to claim that property.

If we talk about that property which your father purchased or acquired in his lifetime by himself and they got registered it on your mother's name then only you have the right to claim it, your other brothers have no right claim in it. You Don't have to worry.
