A.Dear client,
Your case briefing is insufficient to advise any thing with your case concerned. But , if there is cheque issued to bank and it has bounced, for the loan payment or any other liability due to bank then Bank may issue a notice which is legal as per Act u/ s 138 and may file a criminal case, if not paid so.

A.So what. For which reason n when. U asking ambiguous question without full details. It u have defaulted on EMIs bank can do it legally. U will have to settle the matter with them and/or face the litigation. Plz contact through Vidhikarya for further details. Thanks n regards

A.Dear Sir,
Please provide the complete details. Section 138 is cheque bouncing case. There is punishment of 2 year and penalty amount equal to 2 times of cheque bounce or both.
So please speak to concern ICICI Bank official and re negotiate.
