Need Suggestion

I had bought a plot in 2016 at Amritsar,I verified it’s documents from Revenge Department.Everything was fine,it was registered on Lakhwinder Kaur but there wasn’t any pic of Lakhwinder Kaur on Registered Papers,It was bought by a man for Lakhwinder Kaur & there was pic of that man on Registered Papers.
The appearing lady presented me original Documents of Plat n gave me Aadhar Card of same name & address of Lakhwinder Kaur,so I had no reason to doubt on her.
I bought plot from her & sold to other party after few days.
After a month they contacted us to sold another property,I verified again as I did for last property.but it made me think that why they are selling property so cheaply,I asked for other ID Proof but that lady didn’t provided me other proof so I didn’t bought other property & then I verified her Aadhar Card that she gave me while buying last plot & it was a fake Aadhar Card.
They noticed that I have caught their cheat & they Took original owner with them & filed a complaint against me that I have sold their property by cheating.
Police called me for verification & I co-operated very well to Police n told them whoever told us about this property.

As my intentions wasn’t to cheat anyone I returned the consideration amount to the buyer of that plot n returned the original papers to original owner.so both parties got their money n property back & it was me who had lost the money to that impersonating lady.
Meanwhile police registered a FIR against me under sections 420,120b.
I asked for Inquiring the matter again n police found me innocent n bonafied purchaser Coz that impersonating lady had been traced.
I had paid from my pocket for the stamp papers duty to register that plot to original owner & took an affidavit from him(Lakhwinder Kaur’s Husband as he was the complainant) that he had got his property back & he have no grievance against me n he will give witness in my favour that he haven’t any issues if my name from FIR gets quashed.
Now I have filed a case in Punjab & Haryana High Court to quash my name from FIR & Respectable Court have issued orders to submit witnesses,but now he’s not co-operating me.
What can I do now.
Please suggest me I’m very very upset.
