Cheque bounced Cheque bounced

I give 75k cash to one of my friend and as a guarantee I gives me a cheque. After some time he blocked my number not replying my messages so I draft cheque in bank and cheque bounced. Then I got a mail from him that I had never any financial dealing with you so clear me that how you got that cheque otherwise I will file a police complaint against me for fraud and theft.
So What will be my next action please suggest

A.Dear sir,
You may get issue a legal notice on bounced cheque and file criminal case under section 138 of NI act . You need to reply his notice legally and threaten him for making false allegations.

A.contact one of the Advocates from Vidhikarya and sent a legal notice to your friend for the dishonor of Said cheque before he visits the police station.

A.You should immediately issue a notice u/s 138 NIA and then follow it up with a case before the concerned magistrate court.

A.Hello client,
I can see a prima facie in your case.Collect all the proves, documents you have regarding such transactions, if you have any witness, if you have any chats just keep them.Then complain against him in the Police Station. Take consultancy from an advocate and send a legal notice through your Advocate. Then step by step file a suit against him.

A.Nothing will happen. You just send him a legal notice. And then file a complaint under section 138 NI Act. The burden of proof will be on your friend. It is a summons case.

A.Dear client,
If that cheque was signed by the person who gave u, then no need to worry. You may issue him a legal notice in 30 days only for giving ur money and his cheque has bounced in bank. After 5hat if he does not reply or give mo ey in 15 day from ur notice date. Then you may file 138 case at civil court.
