Hi
Builder had sold a flat constructed by him to someone lets say "ABC" and have repurchased it.
Please help me to know the process to get cancel the saledeed that is with the builder in his name and the chain deed in the name of the person ABC. Also If builder get cancel the sale deed executed in his name self, How the chain deed will matter executed in the person name ABC.
