A. Yes nicely drafted, what you want us to do with it? proof reading? or is it your written argument ? its too late to approach High Court for quashing the FIR when the matter is of 2017. See how the prosecution proves its case and if your lawyer think you want to take defense then arrange your witness accordingly otherwise the drafting is also nice just need to be supported with evidence in the court.

similar way you not used ? This is honest opinion.
you dont want to file FIR for ego but then what else can be done legally ?
it seems you are working and earning because you need internet to work.
'you can ask for a house to stay because court can not force them to live with you.
you can ask for maintenance but depends on income differece.
you can file DV case and better apply divorce and get alimony.
you file for sec 9 and then go for mediation.

A. Any person has right to get ad interium injunction without information to the defendants /opposite parties by expart hearing. Now you have to file a petition before the same Court for vacating the ad interium injunction under order 39 rule 4 of CPC. Please contact with a civil lawyer
