You can change the name in the share certificate, for this you have to write an application to the Company. This application have to be submitted to the Registrar of the Company. The documents required to be submitted along with the application for change of name include Physical Share Certificates, Death Certificate, PAN Card of the Successor and address proof, Attested Signatures by Banker of the Successor, Transmission Request Form.
