A. To withdrawing your amount, raise a complaint with the company, failure on company side , take legal action by sending a notice for your entitled refund amount, failure to reply to the notice, then approach the court !
ask them the reason as to why they are not allowing you to withdraw in bulk , (read the terms and conditions mentioned in the app/website) considering there is no law governing the use/functioning or controlling cryptocurrency, it needs a serene and sensible approach.

A. Dear Sir,
A petition relating to such issues can be filled in consumer forum or a cooperative court. Builder are not allowed to allot parking space, this work is done by the society itself.
There is one parking space that has to be allotted to every flat in the society. As according to bye-laws, a member can not sell or transfer parking slots allotted by the society for personal vehicles.

A. Hi,
498A has no ground for impotency, its only a ground for divorce under HMA. Section 24 is again not maintainable as she is earning. She has right to live in the matrimonial house, so she can claim that remedy.

A. Dear Sir,
You have all rights to file a civil suit against the tenant by terminating the lease and sue for arrears and future loss. You can also file an application to court to seize the tenant’s goods and furniture and sell them to pay off the arrears. You can also sue the tenant for arrears and maintain the tenancy agreement.

A. Dear Sir,
You can change the name in the share certificate, for this you have to write an application to the Company. This application have to be submitted to the Registrar of the Company. The documents required to be submitted along with the application for change of name include Physical Share Certificates, Death Certificate, PAN Card of the Successor and address proof, Attested Signatures by Banker of the Successor, Transmission Request Form.
