A. Hello Teacher,
On the above details I found that you have not completed 20 years service in Municipal corporation. You have completed only 18 years service in Municipal corporation and if you adde your service in Zilla Parishads then same will entitle to pension benefits. Hope this is correct. You can do one things issue a notice to the corporation claiming your pension then we can see how they respond to it.

A. Middleman's signature on sale deed in your favour is of no use to you unless he produces POA in his favour or his registered Agreement which should be mentioned in your agreement in order to reflect chain of transfer of the property. Check his documents first before taking further steps to buy.
