A. If shop no 5 was mentioned in the booking form and shop us for self employment, u can go to consumer court. Send a legal notice and file a consumer complaint as per total value of property booked.

A. You shall have to give permanent alimony to your wife, which shall be full and final amount. Nothing beyond that shall be payable and a clause in this regard is required to be mentioned in the divorce petition. Custody of the child has also to be mentioned.

A. Dear,
As you are divorced now, you do not have any relation with your ex-wife and also you do not have any locus standi to file any case against the person she married. Only the person's wife who your ex wife has married or the parents of that woman can file case of bigamy against that man.

Your father may need to file partition suit in the civil court of jurisdiction for dividing the share of both your father and his brother along with other legal heirs if any.The court will order partition of the property and your father will get his share in the property.
