A. Dear,
As you are divorced now, you do not have any relation with your ex-wife and also you do not have any locus standi to file any case against the person she married. Only the person's wife who your ex wife has married or the parents of that woman can file case of bigamy against that man.

Your father may need to file partition suit in the civil court of jurisdiction for dividing the share of both your father and his brother along with other legal heirs if any.The court will order partition of the property and your father will get his share in the property.

A. A. Your uncle cant claim share in that property which was purchased by your father out of his funds. It was his self acquired property and yur uncle have no share in that property. Your uncle could have claimed his share if would have been an ancestral property.

If you are not paying there payment than the have legal remedy to recover that amount but they cant use illegal and enethical ways against you and your family.
