A. Hi,
A detailed read of court order only tell why court did ruled against you. You can put appeal against order before high court. If interim order was not fulfilled by PSC during the interview then also you can file the same in the appeal.

icon Property

My late father purchased property in bihar in 1980 in mother's name (to save tax). I have no job since 3 months due to corona time & currently living with 3 dependent in rented house. I want partition

A. Hi,
It cannot be partitioned during the father's lifetime since it is a self-acquired property, as the court ruled in 2019. Since your father is no longer alive, you can file a partition suit to recover your share of the property. You must examine the legal heirs and the persons to whom the property will be allocated with attention.
Thank you very much. Please give the answers a rating.

A. Money dene ka aap ke pass evidence hai
Friend ko kanuni notice de usme sabhi baatao ka varnan kare. Paisa lotane ke liye specific time de. Kanuni notice ke baad bhi dhan vapish nhi hota hai. Court me money recovery ke liye case darj kare.

A. Only because property belong to grandfather does not mean that such property was ancestral property in nature. In 2001 the date of majority was 21 years so you were rightly minor. Now more than 20 years have already expired so any legal course like filing of suit for declaration challenging the sale deed etc would be barred by limitation. The period of limitation in such case is three years only.

A. See Section 144 is to help you get a kind of stay on the work that he has been doing but it won't it won't get you the benefit starting an investigation against the tenant.
You will have to take the recourse of other provisions to start an FIR against him so that police can investigate the stolen things open a case against him.
Simultaneous, you may look into filing a case for eviction as he has demolished the tenanted premises.
Hire a good lawyer for yourself and start preparing to file cases ...ReadMore
