A. These petty crimes are not coming under the category which are to be mentioned in your job application as "yes I was convicted". These are not conviction kind of cases but are called petty cases wherein you pay fine for breaking rules. In case almost everyone of us here and there would have paid fines for breaking one or two rules like traffic light jumping, parking in no parking zone, driving in one way etc. for these you will not be asked to mention in the job application.
There are going to be multiple civil suit cases to be file by me or against me at Gujarat High Court. I will be needing a good civil advocate. I am thinking about the cost of litigation. Anyone interested may call me. Thanks.
