A. did you filed 498A and DV on him only or on parents also ?
Husband still in US or india?

dont give anything wrong in writing which is going to HC.
There are implications.

A. still thinking for 1 year to go to HC so you agreed with District Court.
Limitation already ended but people are lucky.
Due to lockdown , limitation is removed till 15 march by SC. After 15 march clock started again.
