A. Mutual divorce can not happen without consent of both.
also Mediation is mandatory step before 2nd motion in many states but still ask for it on next hearing. 6 months cooling period given by courts is for this purpose only so both person can think again and change decision of divorce.

A. Physical abuse is not mandatory, verbal abuse is also cruelty. Cruelty is valid ground for Divorce.
You can file for child custody because you will mostly get daughter custody.

A. till date nobody came in our offices and accepted affair, give maintenance and also allowed to live in same house. it is your responsibility to get proof of affair and then prove it.
without it also you can get maintenance and also shelter in house.
