A. There should not be a problem if it is provided just for identity but it is also being provided for residential address proof then you may have issues. Ideally we should never submit the old document when we have a changed document because of the court comes to know it was done deliberately to mislead the court then you can be in trouble.

There won't be any issues if you can prove it but it is better to change it as soon as possible as otherwise, it may cause a lot of difficulties for you in the future. You can go to the UIDAI website and apply for aadhaar details updation.

There must be some proof of the payment of ₹54000 made to you in order to claim the same from you. As per the information provided by there is no evidence which shows that you have taken loan from her. There is no way you are liable to pay her the money. She is just threatening to extrort money, let her prooced with filing a FIR, there is nothing you need to worry about.
