A. 13 years is a person presumed dead.
but you can file missing complaint of uncle so police can investigate whether he went somewhere on his own or he is murdered.

exactly on day you become 18, you can start living independently.

A. Hi,
Since you have attained majority you are legally entitled to take any decisions regarding your life. Even if a false case is filed you will only have to convince the police regrading your reluctance to go back to your house. The police cannot under any circumstances force you to go back home.

A. You seem to be main accused. In the light of order of AP high court, you may try your luck for quashing of FIR and court proceeding but depending on your assigned role in FIR court may also refuse to quash and if high court make any adverse comment then your case before trial court may get prejudice.

A. The HMA does not recognize bigamy, therefore the second marriage is considered void. But the courts have taken cognizance of the second marriage in exceptional cases while dealing with maintenance under S.24. However, she is not allowed a claim at the property of the man, and only the first wife receives it. Children get an equal claim irrespective of whether they arise out of first marriage or second.
