The caste of the child arising out an inter-caste marriage can take after the caste of the father or the mother. You may consider applying online in your state's backward classes welfare portal for the caste certificate.

First, you need to file a succession suit for the property in question. In the same suit, you need to prove the circumstances how your brother has duped you before and therefore should not be allotted any inheritance. Another alternative is to create a will beforehand.

A. First, son and daughter can not claim any maintenance.
if its his self earned plot then he can do anything with it.
But you can file DV case to claim maintenance+residence+penalty.
You can ask court for order so he can not sell the plot without paying your maintenance.

A. a daughter by second women is adultery and its pure evidence.
Live-in is not legal marriage but having daughter makes it strong reason to deny AB.
You can get evidence with heavy penalty.
