this will be on the terms of Joint compromise.
you have to present a Joint compromise memo before the court where the complainant will state that he/she is agreeing to take the charges back.

You should first take a look at the property documents and determine who is the owner of the house. If it is in your grandfather's name then you can get a property loan. If it is in the aunt's name, you will have to talk to a lawyer and see whom the property was supposed to go to after her death.

A. After perusal of your facts and circumstances, it is vital to say that the banker/financer check the chain document of the property on which you wants the loan. If any chain is missing you shall not eligible for the loan. 1stly, if there is FIR u/s 420, 408 then you will have to get bail from court. If not, you may be arrested due to cognizable offence.

The amount will depend on various factors,
However, In granting regular bail in 420 the court may consider for what purpose the accused to be required in custody and gravity of offence.
